Great opportunity today to help out a brother in Christ, who was looking for someone to play a bit part in the new movie, “Adopted”.   Went into Atlanta early this morning to be a part of a single movie clip.  The gospel is being proclaimed – our job now is to pray for fruit that will last.  Apparently the movie will be marketed through churches, similarly to the way the movie “Fire Proof” was.   Right now the plan is to be finished filming in February, so watch for it in March, maybe?

This was the first of hopefully many opportunities to share the gospel in the Prior’s Park estate in Tewkesbury, England. Our GO TEAM (pictures above) worked with Pastor Nick Watkins at Prior’s Park Chapel.  It was a great joy to my heart to be able to serve on a team with our daughter Anne who is a missionary intern with Emmanuel & Associates.

2013 Cardiff GO TEAM members from Birmingham, Alabama (Southcrest Baptist and Springville Road Community churches) that served with Minster Christian Fellowship in Cardiff, Wales this summer. The mission this year went very well and many people were reached with the gospel. Pray that there will be everlasting fruit from their missionary efforts.

Pastor Alex Collins who was unable to join in the mission this summer because of a blood clot in one of his lungs. Alex and his wife, Jemima would appreciate your prayers for his full recovery!

Thank you for praying for the Emmanuel & Associates GO TEAMS this past summer and thanks to all those who trusted the Lord and joined one of our teams. Our GOSPEL OUTREACH TEAMS were truly blessed and also a great blessing to the believers at Minster Christian Centre in Cardiff, Prior’s Park Chapel in Tewkesbury and Headley Park Church in Bristol as they labored together for the salvation of precious souls.  There were many opportunities to share life changing truth with people as some indicated that they wanted to know Christ.  Hopefully many others are on the journey that leads them to trust in the Lord Jesus Christ as their Savior!

I have had many opportunities to share the gospel with many different people along the way.  On a flight to London I struck up a conversation with a young man who was born in Russia, raised in Israel and said that he was a Jewish atheist.  Upon his statement that he was an atheist and not religious, I told him that was glad that he wasn’t religious but to me life made no sense to me without God. He looked at me like he had never been challenged to think in this manner. We were able to have a short conversation but we had to part ways after we landed in London. I did give him a gospel tract that he immediately began reading as he walked away from me in the airport. I pray that he will come to know his Messiah and I hope that someday I will meet him again, if not here then in eternity.

Are you equipped and always ready to share the hope that is within you?  Please pray for me to be ready and I will pray for you that the Lord might use us in the winning of souls for His glory!
